Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple facilities. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections within the Engineering and Technical Services group.

The role requires physical ability, 4–5 years of related experience or combination with education, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will drive maintenance records and collaborate with teams to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4–5 years related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot failures and plan equipment modifications.
