Job summary

You will travel between sites using a company vehicle, perform preventative and general maintenance, manage work orders in CMMS, and uphold safety and regulatory compliance.

Strong organizational skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs required; valid driver's license essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Willingness to travel between sites with company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across twelve medical office buildings.
• Repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, life safety, and control systems.
• Manage work orders in CMMS.
• Estimate time and materials for repairs and maintain inventory.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
