Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a skilled Mobile Engineer to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems across portfolio properties in Texas. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate safety as well as upgrades while working with property managers and tenants.

You will travel daily among sites, ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA/ASHRAE standards, and support construction and disaster recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• HVAC training certification or equivalent
• 2 years field experience or equivalent training
• CFC training/certification or ability to obtain
• Continuing education in field
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with routine supervision
• Basic computer skills to operate BAS
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC and NFC codes/regulations

Responsibilities

• Comply with EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control and BAS systems
• Conduct site inspections of roofs, mechanical and electrical rooms
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical)
• Communicate effectively with facility managers, tenants, vendors and guests
• Recommend upgrades and facility improvements
• Travel between properties daily
• Maintain neat appearance and inventory of tools/equipment/vehicles
• Interact with clients/tenants professionally
• Inform Regional Operations Manager of problems
• Assist in coordinating construction projects
• Assist in disaster recovery efforts
• Read/write English to understand manuals and procedures
• Use mobile device to access work order system and building systems
• Handle other duties as assigned
