Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and operate the building systems across portfolio properties in Texas. The role focuses on energy efficiency, reliability, and cost-effective engineering services for the building and its tenants.

Qualifications

HVAC or operating engineer training or certification.
At least 2 years of field experience.
CFC training/certification preferred.
Continuing education in the field.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently with routine supervision.
Basic computer skills to operate Building Automation Systems.
Familiarity with OSHA, NEC and NFC codes.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and building management systems.
Conduct monthly maintenance inspections.
Inspect sites including roofs and mechanical/electrical rooms.
Troubleshoot and repair facility systems.
Communicate with facility managers, tenants, vendors, and staff.
Recommend equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
Travel daily between properties.
Maintain inventory of tools and vehicles.
Read/write English to understand manuals and procedures.
