Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a Mobile Engineer to maintain and operate building systems across portfolio properties, driving energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, and reliable tenant service.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on HVAC/electrical/plumbing and BMS, site inspections, and collaboration with managers, tenants, and vendors. The role requires English literacy, on-site work, and travel between properties.

Qualifications

• HVAC training or certification and related field experience.
• 2 years of field experience or equivalent training.
• CFC training or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills to operate Building Automation Systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC and NFC codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Comply with EPA, OSHA & ASHRAE rules and safety guidelines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and BMS systems.
• Conduct site inspections of roofs and mechanical/electrical rooms.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems including HVAC and plumbing.
• Communicate with facility managers, tenants, vendors and staff.
• Assist in construction projects and disaster recovery efforts.
• Read and write English to understand manuals and procedures.
