Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Customer-focused with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate product features, educate customers, and recommend suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate latest technology and explain benefits to customers in-store.
• Conduct side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and empathy.
• Use digital tools to interact with customers and onboarding processes to showcase capabilities.
• Partner with other T-Mobile employees to identify and hand off small business leads.
