Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to act as brand ambassadors, energizing customers in-store and online with demonstrations of the latest technology and tailored wireless solutions. You’ll learn product details, engage with customers, and drive sales in a fast-paced Retail setting.

This entry-level role trains you toward Mobile Expert, with on-the-job training and a path toward higher responsibilities; a robust benefits package and stock grant opportunities are part of the growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate latest technology through hands-on in-store demos.
• Sell personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and empathy.
• Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborate with other T-Mobile employees to identify and hand off small business leads.
