You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and build lasting relationships with customers as you grow toward the Mobile Expert role; training, benefits, and inclusive culture support your career path.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Passionate customer advocate with ability to be yourself when connecting with customers.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Sell alongside peers to find personalized solutions and keep customers connected.
• Maintain composure, integrity, and compassion in service and sales interactions.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborate with team and other departments to identify and hand off leads.
