You will engage in lending and basic investments and connect clients with mortgage and business banking experts to help achieve financial goals.

The role emphasizes sales, customer service, and compliance, with opportunities to participate in more complex banking conversations and to mentor peers

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Ability to train and mentor others on products and procedures.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support sales targets by introducing clients to team members and driving growth.
• Provide excellent client experience by handling questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage client relationships and facilitate access to mortgage and business banking experts.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and complete required trainings.
