Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Offsite Biometric Technician to support a nationwide government program. The role involves traveling to applicants' locations to complete biometrics and occasionally working onsite at an ASC. Training will be provided, and the position is part of a talent pipeline for anticipated opportunities.

Responsibilities include fingerprinting, processing forms, and ensuring accuracy with a strong focus on customer service. Regular travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued suitability clearance (US Citizenship required).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Local travel 50%–100% of the time; possible 100% travel outside ASC site area.

Responsibilities

• Process applicants for biometrics capture.
• Assist applicants with ASC processing forms.
• Review immigration and biometrics documentation.
• Perform biometrics processing to include capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
• Proof and check work for accuracy and completeness; maintain high efficiency.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all applicants.
• Track processing time for each applicant.
• Safeguard all documents.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.
• Perform backup responsibilities of Receptionist, Biometric Technician and Site Supervisor.
