Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in retail sales and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required with weekend availability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise initiative.
• PC proficiency with Desktop/Laptop/Tablet/Smartphone and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and work in various branch locations as needed.
• Build rapport and understand customer financial goals to match Seacoast Bank products.
• Explain Seacoast Bank products and services to customers.
• Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions per bank policies.
• Ensure branch compliance with AML/BSA requirements and internal controls.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and escalate issues when needed.
• Support teamwork across branches and participate in community activities.
