Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions following bank policies.
• Maintain AML/BSA compliance and follow audit, security, and risk controls.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Respond to management directions and customer objections to protect relationships.
• Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
• May handle vault responsibilities as assigned.
