• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit consistent relationship building with customers and prepare for various interactions.
• Build rapport and understand customers' financial goals through open and closed-ended questions.
• Match customer needs to Seacoast Bank products and services and explain them clearly.
• Seek referrals from new and existing customers and enroll customers in self-service products/processes.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Adhere to bank policies, AML/BSA requirements and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the branch and organization.
