Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail sales or financial services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building: Prepare for various customer interactions; Build rapport; Ask effective questions to understand financial goals; Match customer needs to Seacoast Bank products; Explain products and services; Seek referrals; Listen actively; Respond to customer needs; Escalate complex issues to appropriate colleagues; Embrace new technology and community involvement; Collaborate with associates; Develop understanding of consumer deposit and lending products; Develop outbound calling skills; Identify referral opportunities; Observe product/service presentations; Understand customer-facing technology and enroll customers in self-service processes.
• Operations: Process checks, cash and negotiable instrument transactions per policy; Ensure AML/BSA compliance and audit procedures; Resolve customer concerns promptly; Balance cash drawer daily; Follow management directions; Adhere to Code of Conduct; Follow safety procedures; May have vault responsibilities.
