Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or best suited for the role.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions in line with bank policies.
• Maintain AML/BSA compliance and audit requirements to protect customers and bank assets.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Follow bank conduct codes and safety procedures; may handle vault responsibilities.
• Develop understanding of consumer deposit and lending products and processes.
