Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• College degree or 1+ years in retail sales and/or financial services experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
• Proficient with Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Open and process accounts, perform account maintenance and transactions following policy.
• Ensure AML/BSA compliance and audit requirements.
• Follow branch procedures and communicate updates to associates.
• Balance cash drawer daily with accuracy.
• Resolve customer objections and preserve relationships.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and safety procedures.
• Support teamwork across the branch and organization.
