Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a branch associate to support customers across Florida locations. The role involves traveling to various branch locations as needed and assisting with deposits, withdrawals, and product recommendations.

Responsibilities include building relationships, understanding financial goals, processing transactions, and ensuring AML/BSA compliance while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months retail sales or financial services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional non-bank hours.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient with desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and identify their financial goals.
• Explain Seacoast Bank products and services to customers.
• Process checks, cash, and negotiable instrument transactions.
• Ensure AML/BSA compliance and bank procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy.
• Respond to customer needs promptly and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with branches and internal partners.
