Job summary

PNC is seeking a driven retail banking professional to expand our customer base outside of branches, delivering proactive, outbound sales conversations and building loyalty with a differentiated customer experience.

You will sell bank products, connect clients to PNC partners, and develop a strong pipeline while driving engagement at events and educating clients on technology options. This role requires travel to multiple locations and the ability to lift materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Roles typically require an Associates or equivalent degree and related experience.
• Usually 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Background in consumer banking or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds the retail customer base through proactive, outbound quality sales conversations.
• Sells the bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients outside of branch in non-PNC locations, aligning with clients' goals.
• Grows customer relationships by onboarding new clients and building a pipeline for branch and partners.
• Creates an exceptional customer experience at events to drive acquisition and loyalty.
• Educates customers on technology options and PNC capabilities.
