Job summary

PNC is seeking a sales-focused professional to build the retail customer base through proactive outbound conversations and to sell the bank's products outside of branches. You will connect clients with PNC partners to fulfill financial needs and goals, expanding customer households and creating a strong appointment pipeline across branch and partner channels.

• Associates or equivalent degree required plus related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Builds the retail customer base through proactive, outbound quality sales conversations.
• Sells the bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients outside of branch in non-PNC locations.
• Identifies and independently acts upon sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales goals.
• Establishes connections between clients and PNC partners based on clients' financial needs and goals.
• Grows customer household relationships through onboarding new clients and building a strong pipeline of appointments for branch and PNC partners.
