Job summary

Torque by Ryder is actively hiring a Permanent Full Time Senior-Level Mobile Automotive Technician to support our truck fleet in Huntsville, AL. The role includes on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and preventive repairs for non-contractual customers, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent
• Three+ years of experience in maintenance/diagnostics
• CDL Class A preferred
• Must pass Ryder drug test, DOT physical, road test and background check

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, repairs and preventive maintenance for non-contractual customers
• Repair and service mobile maintenance vehicles as needed
• Operate a mobile maintenance vehicle and travel to customer yards
• Document work orders and repair notes in Salesforce
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
