Job summary

Torque by Ryder is seeking a permanent full-time mid-level Mobile Automotive Technician to support our truck fleet in Savannah, GA. The role offers weekly pay, up to $32.00 per hour based on experience, and a retention bonus of $2000 per quarter within the first year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two (2) years ormore in combination of classroom training and work experience
• NonCommercial Driver License CLASS E
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A preferred
• State driver's license as required

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnosis, repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance for non-contractual customers.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire changes, and basic replacements.
• Assist higher-grade technicians to diagnose or replace engines parts and components.
• Hydraulic brake inspections, repairs, and replacements.
• May operate mobile maintenance vehicle and travel to customer yards within region.
• Represent Torque/Ryder to establish a relationship with the customer.
