Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to deliver high-quality repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop locations. You will recalibrate safety systems, use Safelite tools, and maintain customer service excellence while complying with all safety policies.

The role requires lifting, operating tools, driving to jobs, and strong communication. Training provided; benefits include health, PTO, and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, ensuring safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; perform diagnostics as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies to complete jobs efficiently.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Engage with customers in-person, via text and phone; upsell Safelite products.
