Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services both in‑shop and on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop offering. You will use Safelite tools and a range of diagnostic methods to complete jobs efficiently and safely for our customers.

You’ll engage with customers directly, promote Safelite services, and maintain high standards of quality and safety while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Must have Safelite SafeTech certification.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies and document work orders.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
