Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and support customers with Autel scanning procedures. The role requires applying technical knowledge, answering questions, and solving vehicle tech issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers and support Autel scanning unit
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit and procedures
• Research, explain, and resolve technology issues on the vehicle
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
