Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate job opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform all-purpose duties, including using the Autel scanning unit, assisting customers, and answering technical questions related to vehicle diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics using Autel scanning unit to assist customers
• Explain and resolve technology issues on the vehicle
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel unit
• Research issues to understand, explain, and resolve technology problems
