Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions seeks a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and support customers with Autel scanning procedures. The role involves responding to calls, addressing technical questions, and researching vehicle tech issues to provide clear explanations.

Qualifications include 2+ years in diagnostic work and preferred I-CAR/ASE certifications. Must have or obtain the necessary tools and pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier service to customers and assist with diagnostic tasks.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of the Autel scanning unit.
• Explain, understand, and resolve vehicle technology issues related to scanning procedures.
• Research technical issues and communicate solutions effectively.
