Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties using the Autel scanner and support customers with technical guidance. The role involves answering calls, researching issues, and explaining repair steps as needed.

Requirements include 2+ years as a diagnostic technician with tools on hand; certifications such as I-CAR and ASE are preferred. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Ability to use Autel scanner and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers using the Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of scanning procedures.
• Explain and resolve vehicle technology issues identified during diagnostics.
