Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and support customers using the Autel scanning unit. You will handle calls, answer technical questions, and research vehicle tech issues.

The role requires experience as a diagnostic technician, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred. Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings and be able to perform physical tasks and lift over 50 lbs. Training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Explain scanning procedures and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
• Conduct research to understand, explain and resolve vehicle tech issues.
