Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform all-purpose duties, including applying technical knowledge to assist customers, supporting the Autel scanning unit, and resolving technology questions on vehicles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as Mobile Diagnostic Technician using Autel scanning unit
• Provide technical support and answer calls related to scanning procedures
• Explain and resolve vehicle technology issues for customers
