Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and support customers with Autel scanning processes. You will answer inbound and outbound calls, explain scanning procedures, and resolve vehicle technology issues in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of diagnostic experience and possess or be willing to obtain the necessary tools, with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to perform duties.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic support to customers and answer inquiries via phone about Autel scanning procedures.
• Apply technical knowledge to understand, explain and resolve vehicle technology issues.
• Perform daily diagnostic duties and assist customers as needed.
