Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications are preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete job duties.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic duties across vehicles and assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls in support of Autel scanning unit and explain scanning procedures.
• Research, explain, and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while delivering top-tier service.
