Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ diagnostic experience and are open to I-CAR and ASE certifications; a company vehicle, phone and laptop are provided, with benefits starting immediately.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete duties.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic service using Autel scanning unit and related equipment.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel scanning procedures.
• Explain and resolve technology issues on vehicles for customers.
• Deliver high-quality service and support to internal and external customers.
