Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to apply technical knowledge for vehicle diagnostics, communicate with customers, and support the Autel scanning unit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools to complete duties.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers using the Autel scanning unit and apply technical knowledge to resolve vehicle issues.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel unit and scanning procedures.
• Explain and resolve technology issues relating to vehicle diagnostics.
