Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must have or obtain proper tools to perform duties
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Autel scanning unit and resolve vehicle technology issues
• Handle customer inquiries via phone about scanning procedures
