Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers and proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity.
