T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to act as brand ambassadors, helping customers from online to in-store experiences. You will learn and grow in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating the latest technology and tailoring solutions to each customer’s needs.

This learning role offers progression toward a Mobile Expert role, with comprehensive benefits, stock plans, and a supportive team culture that prioritizes customer connection and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store after identifying customer needs.
• Provide side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond devices and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Become proficient with and use digital tools in interactions and onboarding to showcase capabilities.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile teams across channels to identify and hand off small business leads.
