Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them about T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and demonstrate value.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and resources; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, and drive sales activity while following up with customers and managing referrals.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
