Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the brand to life within National Sales partner locations, engaging customers and demonstrating solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will educate customers, leverage digital tools, and work toward sales targets while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships; the role includes training, onboarding, and opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and delivering value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate wireless solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, stay customer ready, and assist with onboarding at partner locations.
• Build rapport with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and support Be Back activities to drive sales.
