  • Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Perform assigned on‑site duties: managing inbound and outbound mail, package processing, and courier services.
  • Handle complex print, scan, and copy jobs, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a “can‑do” attitude, assisting with various other office support tasks as required by the client.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with the management team regarding availability, travel status, and on‑site challenges.
  • Adapt quickly to unexpected situations, demonstrating resourcefulness, critical thinking, and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactively identify solutions and know when to elevate issues to appropriate resources or on‑site supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional setting.
