T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to greet customers, educate on devices and plans, and drive sales in a busy warehouse/club setting. You will learn product knowledge and the store processes while delivering outstanding service and building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing benefits of store-in-store experiences.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems; continuously learn and share knowledge to improve customer experience.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
