Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates for in-store roles at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and leverage digital tools to drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

Training and ongoing development are provided. You’ll identify customer needs, demonstrate value, and contribute to achieving performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services through solution-based selling, onboarding support, and self-serve tools.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review promotions and performance in Hub to stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support account setup, device support and servicing.
• Proactively reach out to customers, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and pursue price overrides where applicable.
