Job summary

Innovee Consulting LLC seeks a Mobile Asset Analyst to manage the organization’s mobile device inventory, lifecycle, procurement, and support using ServiceNow and MDM systems. You will ensure devices are tracked, deployed, maintained, and retired per policy, with strong attention to security.

The role requires experience with iOS/Android platforms, ITSM asset modules, and ability to generate asset reports while collaborating with end users and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 2–3 years in mobile device management or IT asset management.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android platforms and lifecycle best practices.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, especially asset management.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mobile device inventory and tracking in ServiceNow and MDMs.
• Coordinate provisioning, imaging, enrollment, and deployment of devices.
• Manage device lifecycle from procurement to retirement, upgrades & disposal.
• Create reports and dashboards for asset tracking and utilization analysis.
• Process service requests and incidents; enforce security policies and remote wipe when needed.
