Job summary

Clario is seeking an experienced Product Manager/Retention Lead to optimize the full user journey in mobile apps, focusing on activation, retention, and lifecycle optimization. You will design and run rigorous experiments, analyze data, and drive improvements across a diverse portfolio of products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage Tableau and Data Lake for reporting, and mentor teams to uncover actionable insights, with a strong emphasis on improving retention metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner/Retention Manager in B2C mobile apps with subscription monetization.
• Proven experience with user activation and retention mechanics.
• Strong data literacy including running and analyzing A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the entire user journey with a focus on activation and post-purchase lifecycle to drive retention and key metrics.
• Lead experimentation across mobile products to achieve Retention and LTV goals.
• Develop and test new retention mechanics to sustain long-term engagement.
• Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven improvements and reporting via Tableau and Data Lake.
