Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with consumer mobile apps.
• Bias for action and decision-making with incomplete information.
• Startup experience or founder background preferred.
• Willingness to handle QA, support tickets, release notes.
• Technical depth to read logs and query data.
• Ownership mindset to own issues end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own the app roadmap and prioritize features for shipping quickly.
• Write specs for engineering and design and follow work until ship.
• Run sprints, triage bugs, keep the team unblocked.
• QA builds on iOS/Android, manage TestFlight and beta programs.
• Talk to users weekly, review support tickets and fix root causes.
• Collaborate with ML to bring hormone insights to the app.
• Set up analytics and run experiments on activation, engagement and retention.
• Coordinate with clinical/regulatory/privacy leads for compliance.
• Contribute app store copy, mock flows in Figma or pull data with SQL.
