Job summary

Clario is seeking an AI-Driven Creative Marketing Manager to drive scalable creative strategies for our subscription-based mobile app (web2app flow, META focus). This hands-on role uses AI tools to generate and optimize ad creatives, while you analyze results and guide experiments with a growth mindset.

You will partner with internal and 3rd-party AI tools to accelerate creative production, uncover new funnels, and scale marketing initiatives in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with mobile apps and building creative strategies for their promotion at scale, specifically focusing on web2app flow and META.
• Experience in creating creatives from scratch and utilizing AI tools for generation.
• Strong understanding of metrics, analysis, and the ability to draw conclusions for further actions.
• Growth mindset and extreme flexibility: being open-minded and adaptable to a fast-changing environment is your primary soft skill.
• Hands-on attitude: you are ready to operate the tools directly, dig into the details, and manage the workflow with your own hands.
• Strong analytical mindset: the ability to process heavy analytics, spot trends, generate actionable insights, and validate AI-driven data.
• AI-oriented curiosity and a strong willingness to leverage AI tools to optimize and scale marketing processes.
• A strong plus is a previous background in design on positions such as Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or Marketing Designer.
• Experience in finding new funnels, launching new products to the market, and scaling an existing funnel or product as a whole – would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate various AI tools to generate ad creatives (static & video): curate outputs, guide generation, and manage end-to-end production (no designers).
• Investigate target audiences, competitors, and market trends to uncover new creative opportunities.
• Translate experiment outcomes into fresh hypotheses and outline testing initiatives.
• Critically review analytics and make final strategic decisions.
• Cooperate daily with the team to discuss acquisition results and business metrics.
