Job summary
Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician who will travel to Crash Champions locations to perform high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services. You will operate in a mobile setting, ensuring safety, accuracy, and adherence to OEM standards while documenting services and billing.
Applicants should have 2–5+ years in automotive service, strong ADAS knowledge, adept with diagnostic tools, and be capable of working independently in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of automotive service experience
- Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services (calibrations 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wiring
- Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, power probes, resistors)
- Ability to interpret OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
- Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
- Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
- Document all services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
- Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with shops and stakeholders.
