Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostic, calibration, and programming services acrossCrash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel to customer sites and strict adherence to OEM standards, with thorough documentation and professional communication.

Technicians will work independently, maintain tools and equipment, and participate in ongoing training while supporting a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive service and diagnostics experience.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical systems calibrations.
• Proficient with multimeters, power probes, and wiring repairs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure services are documented per OEM guidelines and approved prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and verify repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Maintain and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines and meet productivity targets.
• Work assigned schedule including Saturday coverage as required by market needs.
