Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to provide mobile diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel with a company vehicle, ensuring safety and OEM-compliant repairs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years automotive experience, strong ADAS/calibration skills, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. You will document work, test drive, and maintain tools while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
Ensure services are documented per OEM guidelines and approved prior to execution.
Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and successful repair outcomes.
Provide excellent customer service with transparency and urgency; communicate with shops and stakeholders.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles; stay current on protocols through required training.
Complete final billing per MCP guidelines; work Saturdays as required.
