Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to perform diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle to various service sites, and you will work to OEM standards with accuracy and safety in mind.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years of automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and proficiency with electrical test equipment.

Qualifications

2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
Ability to interpret OEM and non-OEM service information and wiring schematics.
Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.

Responsibilities

Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scans, and wire/connector repair.
Ensure calibrations and services follow OEM guidelines and are documented.
Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
Provide professional customer service and clear communications with shops and stakeholders.
Maintain and secure ATE tools and equipment.
