Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company-provided vehicle and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

You will perform inspections, calibrations (ADAS levels 1–3), programming of vehicle modules, and documentation per OEM standards, with strong emphasis on quality and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, incl. calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wiring.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to read OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.
• Clear and professional verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage difficult situations with transparency.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Care for and secure ATE tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Meet productivity and quality goals; complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Work Saturdays as required by market needs.
